Access to and use of the nay4d platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for the duration of your membership:
To access nay4d's betting products, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. The following conditions apply:
You are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, an Indonesian mobile telephone number, your date of birth, and a residential address in Indonesia. You must ensure this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. nay4d reserves the right to request updated information and to suspend accounts pending receipt of such information.
nay4d operates a mandatory KYC programme. Before a withdrawal request can be processed — and at other times at nay4d's discretion — you will be required to submit the following documentation:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in nay4d's request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
nay4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing platform access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nay4d login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
nay4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — remains your responsibility unless you have notified nay4d of a suspected breach and nay4d has taken action to restrict access.
nay4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the deposit screen and may vary by payment method.
Deposits via e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your nay4d Wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard processing hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Transfers submitted outside these hours may take longer to confirm. nay4d does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your nay4d account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. nay4d reserves the right to return such deposits to their source and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
nay4d operates a robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence requirements, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Failure to satisfy AML requirements may result in account suspension and reporting to competent authorities.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your nay4d account name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. nay4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, foreign bank accounts, or anonymous payment methods.
E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 1–5 minutes during standard hours. Withdrawals submitted outside 07:00–23:00 WIB may be queued for processing at the next available window. VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing and same-day settlement regardless of transfer method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in your account withdrawal panel. These limits vary by account tier. nay4d reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time. For large withdrawal amounts exceeding published daily limits, please contact support to arrange a structured payout schedule.
Bonus Credits and winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable real-money funds. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being voided, with only the real-money component (if any) remaining eligible for withdrawal.
nay4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, resolution of an active fraud or AML investigation, or resolution of a dispute regarding the legitimacy of winnings. Players will be notified of any such withholding and the reason therefor, except where notification would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by nay4d are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general terms.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before the bonus or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from eligible studios typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Sportsbook wagers typically contribute 100% provided the applicable minimum odds threshold is met (usually minimum odds of 1.50 per selection). Togel and Keno wagers typically contribute 50%. The contribution rates for any specific promotion will be stated in the promotion terms.
Only one bonus may be active in your nay4d account at any time. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, you may not opt into a new bonus until the current bonus has either been completed or forfeited. Bonuses may be forfeited voluntarily from the account settings panel.
nay4d monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through coordinated activity designed to exploit promotional terms. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on opposite outcomes to meet requirements with minimal risk (hedging), and using automated software to wager.
All sports bets are accepted subject to nay4d's sportsbook rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Markets available include EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, BRI Liga 1, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Specific market types include Asian handicap, mix parlay (Indonesian-style accumulator betting), and voor bola (ball spread handicap). nay4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was displayed in error or where the odds were manifestly incorrect.
Casino and live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game rules are governed by the rules published by the respective studio for each game. nay4d is not responsible for technical interruptions originating within the studio's infrastructure; in the event of a disconnection during a live game, the studio's malfunction policy will determine the resolution.
Togel draw results are sourced from the official results published by the respective market operators (Hongkong, Singapore, Sydney). nay4d publishes draw schedules and results in the togel section of the platform. Keno draws are conducted at regular intervals around the clock using a certified Random Number Generator. All results are final once the draw has closed.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant result being published on nay4d. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. nay4d's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in our FAQ.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nay4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

The nay4d name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of nay4d's operating entity.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the nay4d platform without express written permission from nay4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nay4d's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nay4d account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
nay4d shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect, even if nay4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses:
Nothing in these Terms limits nay4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
nay4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nay4d will provide notice via one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed upon login, an email to the address registered on your account, or a notice published on the nay4d homepage.
Continued use of the nay4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting support.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether of a contractual, tortious, or statutory nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which nay4d's operating entity is incorporated.
nay4d is licensed and regulated internationally. The platform is made accessible to Indonesian residents as a service of an internationally operating entity. By using nay4d, you acknowledge that online gambling activity carried out through internationally licensed platforms may be subject to Indonesian domestic law and that you accept sole responsibility for ensuring your personal compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.
Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through nay4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which nay4d's operating entity is incorporated, and you irrevocably consent to that jurisdiction.
